Charters Temporarily Suspended
Effective November 28, 2020, ETS charters are temporarily suspended until further notice. Charter bookings are no longer being accepted.

Edmonton Service Centre

The Edmonton Service Centre is located on the 2nd floor of Edmonton Tower at 10111 104 Avenue, across from Rogers Place. It provides lost and found and sells all ETS passes and tickets including senior citizen's annual passes. Visa/Mastercard/American Express, cash and debit are accepted for purchasing fare products.

Sharing Compliments and Concerns

Your feedback matters to us. To help us follow-up on rider feedback, ETS encourages noting the vehicle number of the bus or LRT car (not just the route number or time of day). We are able to use the vehicle number to identify the exact vehicle, correctly identity an operator or motorman, and determine the location of the bus or LRT when an event occurs.

Vehicle numbers can be found in a variety of locations on different models and makes of buses. See the image gallery for examples of where the vehicle number may be located on the buses you ride.

ETS Lost & Found Inquiries

Please use our online form for inquiries or call 780-496-1622 to confirm if your article has been found. Also, you will need to arrange an appointment time with the Lost and Found staff for pick up at the Edmonton Tower.

ETS Busker Permits

New Busker Permits cannot be issued at this time. Currently issued permits are extended until new permits can be issued.
